Black Scorpion Bite — Clinical Case: Successful Treatment with Protocol F and CDS

Template:Clinical case

Patient Benita — photographic evidence

Case Summary

Female patient subjected to a black scorpion bite, with complete clinical resolution in approximately 45 minutes following application of Protocol F (NaClO2 + topical HCl) combined with Protocol C (oral prophylaxis). No scorpion antivenom was required, and no hospitalization was necessary.

Photographic evidence — the black scorpion responsible for the bite

Clinical History

Event date: August 2, 2026

Geographic context: Tropical rainforest region (specific location not provided by the patient)

Prior prophylactic situation: The patient and her surroundings were under CDS prophylaxis protocol: - Daily drops of Protocol C (3 times per day) for the local population - Protocol C10 per hour for individuals with symptoms

Injury Mechanism

Black scorpion bite on an unspecified body part. The patient reports progressive local swelling and intense pain as initial symptoms.

Applied Treatment

Phase 1: Protocol F (Emergency topical treatment)

Applied immediately after the bite: - 10 drops of NaClO2 (chlorine dioxide) directly on the bite area - 5 drops of HCl applied on and around the bite site - Modified technique referencing a jellyfish protocol: application of NaClO2 powder directly onto the skin

Phase 2: Protocol C (Complementary oral prophylaxis)

Continuation of the established daily drop protocol, with escalation to Protocol C10 during the first hours post-bite.

Repetition Schedule

According to the patient's report, Protocol F was repeated between 3 and 4 times: - First interval: 4 hours between applications (Protocol C10) - Second interval: 6 hours between applications (Protocol C10) - Final application of Protocol F

Clinical Evolution

Time 0-45 minutes (en route to hospital): - Progressive reduction of local swelling - Cessation of pain

Upon arrival at hospital (approx. 45 min post-bite): - Normal ECG (no cardiac abnormalities) - Absence of systemic envenomation signs

Hospital clinical decision: The medical staff authorized discharge without administration of scorpion antivenom, without requiring hospitalization or 48-hour observation (standard protocol for scorpion bites).

Status at discharge: Patient in optimal condition, without sequelae.

Treatment Analysis

The documented case reports a favorable resolution without conventional antivenom intervention. The combination of Protocol F (topical application of NaClO2 with HCl) and Protocol C (oral prophylaxis) resulted in: 1. Rapid pain control 2. Resolution of local inflammation 3. Absence of systemic signs 4. No need for scorpion antivenom

Original Testimony

Patient (Benita): "We just had a life-threatening BLACK scorpion bite here. All our people are on 3x daily drops, those with any problems hourly protocol C, so she had some protection. We immediately started protocol F and rubbed 10 drops NaClO2 and 5 drops HCl on and around the bite (I remembered the man of war/medusa option of rubbing NaClO2 powder into the skin.) Her husband forced her to go to hospital but on the way (45 minutes) the swelling went down and the pain stopped! Her ECG was perfect. So the hospital allowed her to go home instead of giving heavy antidote with dangerous side effects and keeping her for 2 days observation. She is perfectly alright. PRAISE GOD FOR CHLORINE DIOXIDE, BLESS you, @Dr.Kalcker Andreas!!!"

"

Patient confirmation (2026-08-06): "of course, happy if you publish it!!! More data… in our jungle… well… we repeated protocol F 3 or 4 times, first with 4 hours of protocol c10 in between, then with 6 hours C10 in between, then one more protocol F. Even the pain went very quickly with the skin rubbing. She was so happy not to be tortured in hospital!"
