Case Study: Patient Overview

Patient Demographics:

• Age: 92 years
• Gender: Female

Medical History:

Before

The patient has received a total of three doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. She is currently on thyroid medication; however, there are no additional pharmacological treatments prescribed at this time.

Clinical Diagnoses:

• Atypical thrombophlebitis
• Staphylococcosis affecting multiple areas of the body

Presenting Symptoms:

The primary complaint from the patient has been generalized pruritus, which has been described in detail as being pervasive throughout her entire body, occurring both during the day and throughout the night without any relief or respite. This persistent itchiness has caused considerable discomfort and frustration for the patient, affecting her overall quality of life and sleep patterns.

Clinical Evaluation:

The patient underwent a comprehensive and thorough examination in the clinic, where various assessments were conducted to better understand her condition. However, certain aspects of her clinical picture remain unclear and ambiguous, specifically regarding the etiology of her symptoms and the underlying causes that could be contributing to her discomfort.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Initial therapy included lymphatic drainage, with the patient being sent home post-treatment with instructions for follow-up care. It is acknowledged that this approach may require a significant duration of time and consistent sessions to yield observable outcomes and improvements in her symptoms.

In addition to lymphatic drainage, the patient was prescribed a specialized urea ointment for a two-week period; however, this intervention did not result in any noticeable improvement in her condition, leaving both the patient and healthcare providers seeking alternative options for relief.

My Treatment Protocol:

• Protocol C was initiated for symptom management.
• Four doses of homeopathic remedy by Schmidnagel were administered to address potential vaccine-related side effects.
• Treatment also involved the use of Galileo alternating vibration therapy, applied at frequencies of 12 Hz and 19 Hz to facilitate muscle relaxation and circulation.

Follow-Up Observations:

The patient remains on Protocol C. Current observations indicate that:

• Pruritus has significantly decreased and is reported to be almost completely resolved.
• The musculature of the lower extremities is demonstrating signs of softening and improved tone.
• Evidence of healing in staphylococcal lesions has been noted.
• The patient reports a marked improvement in overall well-being.

Next Session Review:

Date: 10.11.2023

During this follow-up session:

• The patient’s lower extremities present with normal findings, and the appearance of her skin is improving, despite her age-related changes.
• It is noteworthy that she has not undergone CDL therapy for the past two weeks and has not attended follow-up appointments during this interval.
• The patient has reported a resurgence of pruritus localized to the back, alongside new skin changes.
• The condition of her lower legs remains stable; since the previous Friday, she has resumed Protocol C and is applying pure CDL to her dorsal area.

Conclusion:

Continued monitoring and adjustment of therapy will be essential to address the re-emergence of pruritus and to ensure ongoing improvement in the patient's overall health status.
