Two weeks later, wound showed signs of infection with yellow discharge and had opened further. Podiatrist scheduled debridement and closure surgery for 8 days later. Patient initiated CDS treatment — oral (20 ml diluted in 1 liter, divided into 10 daily doses) and topical (undiluted concentrated CDS applied 4 times with 15-minute drying, then covered with sterile gauze and elastic bandage). At just 16 hours after initiating the protocol, the wound dried, discharge stopped, inflammation and pain had decreased almost completely, and the wound began healing.
