Hello, I am currently 63 years old, and I am pleased to share that my prostate health is still in excellent condition. As a result of these positive changes, I am no longer dependent on any of the medications that I was previously taking, which included losartan for hypertension, amlodipine and atenolol for heart health, aspirin and clopidogrel for blood thinning purposes, atorvastatin for cholesterol management, levothyroxine for thyroid function, tamsulosin for urinary issues, and various antiallergic medications. The only lingering issue I occasionally face is pain in my knees; however, I attribute this discomfort to having flat feet. To address this issue, I know that I should wear orthopedic insoles specifically designed for my condition, but I have not yet taken the necessary steps to resolve that problem effectively.
